Empowering People to Live Meaningful Lives
Empowering people to live with dignity, choice, connection, and the support of a compassionate Circle of Care.
To deliver trauma-informed, person-led disability supports that empower individuals to live safely, independently, and meaningfully within their communities.
Our Values
>Everything we do at Ethicare is guided by six core values. These are not aspirational statements on a wall. They are the standard by which we recruit, train, and hold our team accountable every day.
We honour the individuality, voice, culture, privacy, and choices of every participant in everything we do.
We believe the best outcomes are achieved when participants, families, carers, and professionals work together collaboratively.
We provide care that prioritises emotional safety, trust, consistency, compassion, and understanding at every point of contact.
We celebrate diversity and create environments where every person feels safe, welcomed, respected, and valued.
We support participants to exercise independence, self-determination, and meaningful decision-making in their own lives.
We are committed to ethical care, honest communication, professionalism, and genuine advocacy for every person we support.
Our Services
Our Circle of Support
At Ethicare, we believe support should never happen in isolation. Every participant is surrounded by a Circle of Support, a collaborative network built around their wellbeing, goals, safety, and quality of life.
This circle may include:

Our trauma-informed approach focuses on:
- Emotional safety
- Participant choice and control
- Compassionate communication
- Reducing distress and restrictive practices
